I currently take BCBS, Sendero, United and Aetna Insurance. I will keep my website updated with additional services provided. Out of network requests can be made for reimbursement (you'll need to verify this with your insurance provider). Sliding scale rates are provided to two slots per month(discussed prior to session)
Cancellation Policy
I ask that you provide a 24-hour notice of cancellations. I understand that emergencies come up and are given consideration. No call-no shows will be charged the full cost of the session.
